London Weight Loss Clinic offers a medicated weight loss program money back guarantee, customers who do not lose 5% or more of their body weight after twelve months on the program (and who satisfy the Terms and Conditions, below), will be entitled to a refund.

Refunds will be prorated to reflect any departure from the 5% weight loss goal. For example, if you lose only 4% of your initial body weight after 12 months, you would be eligible for a 20% refund of the program cost.

To claim for a refund, you must:

  • Have begun your programme while we were offering the money back guarantee
  • Complete 23 of your fortnightly weigh in checks in accordance with your schedule 
  • Consistently engage with the Weight Loss Program for 365 days and use any medication as directed by your Treatment Plan and/or Clinician
  • Where you have been prescribed weight loss medication, have been on the sustain dosage for your treatment for a period of at least the final 5 months of the 12 month period - 2.4mg dosage for Wegovy, 15mg dosage for Mounjaro
  • Not have been on any prescription weight loss medication in the 12 months prior to starting the program (examples include: Orlistat, Mysimba, GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Saxenda, or Wegovy)
  • Lose less than 5% of your initial body weight after twelve months – defined as the difference between your initial body weight on Day 1 of the program and your body weight at your first weigh in check on or after Day 365 (and before Day 379) of the program
  • Inform us of your claim under this guarantee within 14 days of completing programme, in accordance with the instructions below

To submit a claim, please head to your online account and complete the claim form under our support section. This will then be reviewed by our service team.

If approved, a pro-rata refund for the difference will be issued to you. This may take up to 10 working days to arrive back on your account, and is dependent on your financial institution.
